I am Nicolai Mihailiuc, founder of CreateGo. Since 2009, I have built digital solutions and worked with people who want to grow their business and their ability to lead it.

I founded CreateGo in 2009. Since then, my work has included websites, digital marketing, applications, databases and systems that help businesses and organisations manage their work.
What connects them is my interest in how things work: how information moves, how decisions are made, how people learn and what helps them work with greater clarity.
In consulting, I bring analysis and practical experience. In training, I turn concepts into examples and exercises. In coaching, I create space for entrepreneurs to examine their options and consciously choose what to do next.

2009 — PRESENT
Founder & CEO, CreateGo
Founding and leading CreateGo / CreativMaro SRL. Web development, applications, digital marketing, CRM/ERP and database projects for businesses and organisations.
2008 — 2012
Marketing and Logistics, ASEM
Bachelor’s studies at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. A foundation in business and marketing that I have continued to develop through practical projects.

Database development, migration to Primero and training for over 30 social workers. Video courses and assessments for using the system.

AI & Marketing programme for SMEs
181 registered participants and 36 working websites created during the programme. Applying digital tools in the context of participants’ businesses.
Other professional contributions
CRM, ERP and data
CRM/ERP integration and digital workflows at iLearn. Database projects for CDPD and organisations working with vulnerable people, including administration, updates and improvements.
Training and accessibility
Bilingual training for 30 entrepreneurs from Moldova and Ukraine. Accessibility coordination for the GIM website, including WCAG UX/UI requirements and content in Romanian, English and Russian.
Business initiatives
CreateGo ↗ is the company through which I build digital solutions for businesses and organisations. AA-8 ↗ is another initiative in my business ecosystem, focused on AI and entrepreneurs.
